	It's a joke I added at the art stage. (The review blurb on the back cover says simply, "Long". Hats off to you for reading the whole thing!) The guy reading is a foreground character that previously appeared when Chuck and Micki visited the library. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Oh, I didn't read Gravity's Rainbow. I read Fans. And throughout the series, there was this girl who never got named who would be sitting somewhere in the fore or background occasionally reading some weighty SF tome. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Okay, I did it - I finally took the time and just read ALL of Smithson in one go, first to latest. Holy crap, this is great! I'm hooked. Soooo hooked. It's prettyyyy... and I mean that in the storytelling sense, of course. Also I have Shaenon-goodness to tide me over when Narbonic goes away. sad look Btw, you're also evil on that front, too.
