I've started rescanning strips for Narbonic Volume 4. I didn't do high-res scans of the old strips, because I am an idiot, so I have to scan them all over again. It is the boringest thing EVER.
I've also started going through Modern Tales submissions. That's not boring at all, but it's hard. I have to write lots and lots of rejections, mostly for comics that are pretty good, and it sucks. On the bright side, the new MT lineup will be excellent. I'm going to start by launching seven new comics in the free section of MT around the end of the month. Most of them are comics Eric Burns had lined up before he stepped down as editor, so the awesomeness of this group is all thanks to him. All I have to do is announce the lineup and bask in the praise. Which I will.
